三種解凍時間,玩轉多變口感

建議於-18℃冷凍保存,享用前不同的解凍時間,將帶來截然不同的風味與質感體驗。


- 解凍30分鐘:

3 thawing times for versatile textures

Recommended for freezing at -18℃. Different thawing times before enjoyment will result in drastically different flavors and textures.

 

- Thaw for 30 minutes: The inside remains slightly cool, with a texture similar to premium ice cream. The pistachio aroma is more pronounced in the coolness, and the smoothness of the Basque cake adds a refreshing touch, making it especially suitable for summer.

 

- Thaw for 1 hour: The Basque cake regains its classic soft and smooth texture, as smooth as a lava cake without overflowing. The pistachio and Basque flavors reach their fullest and richest peak at this time, bringing an instant burst of happiness.
