Slim Tea
The spleen's primary function is to process and transform food, absorbing and converting it into essential substances the body needs (namely Qi, blood, and body fluids). It is considered the foundation of postnatal life, similar to how soil provides nutrients for plants to grow. If the spleen's function of processing food is compromised, it can hinder growth or weaken the body. Therefore, maintaining the health of the spleen (the "soil") is crucial. Additionally, the spleen helps regulate water metabolism, transporting excess fluids to the lungs and kidneys, which are then excreted as sweat or urine. When this function is impaired, excess fluid may accumulate, leading to pathological byproducts such as phlegm and dampness, causing issues like edema.

The soothing tea blend “Slim Tea” features astragalus root to replenish Qi and strengthen the spleen, which is warm in nature, and American ginseng to nourish both Qi and Yin, which is cooling. The combination of these two herbs provides a balanced approach to nourishing without causing dryness. Other ingredients in the tea help regulate Qi, invigorate blood circulation, and promote water metabolism. This tea is ideal for those who work late, have irregular eating habits, or suffer from sluggish Qi and blood flow due to a lack of exercise.

Suggest Usage:
