Urban life often comes with high stress, irregular eating habits, socializing that involves drinking and smoking, prolonged sitting, and a lack of movement. These habits can disrupt the gastrointestinal system, leading to constipation. Persistent stool buildup can cause bloating, bad breath, and weight gain, while also affecting skin quality. Keeping bowel movements regular is essential for feeling light and maintaining a clean, beautiful body inside and out.

The most critical aspect of relieving constipation is ensuring smooth defecation. While laxatives are effective, prolonged use can lead to dependence, requiring increasingly larger doses. A better, natural approach involves incorporating foods that nourish and moisturize the intestines without creating dependency.

Bowel Movement Digestion Tea contains lotus leaves, cassia seeds and hemp seeds, which are herbs with soothing and laxative effects. Lotus leaf is bitter and cold, can clear away heat and dampness, diuresis and lower fat; Cassia seed affects the liver and large intestine meridian, has the effect of clearing away heat and moistening the intestines, and is suitable for heat symptoms caused by stagnant stool, such as bad breath, acne and excessive eye droppings. Hemp seeds have a mild nature and flavor. They not only have the effect of moisturizing the intestines and laxatives, but also nourishing and tonifying, soothing constipation problems.
